This latest version is launched as AirTOP 2024 as Transoft Solutions is adopting a new annual product versioning system. This new approach makes it easier to understand which version you are running to help ensure that you stay up to date with the latest features, improvements, and security patches.

New features
- Terminal | A new wizard makes it quicker and easier to set up terminal models.
- Terminal | ICAO size codes and IATA Level of Service (LoS) are now available by default on each project to help users save time.
- Airside Aircraft | The new Decision Reporter adapter shows which rules were applied to any given aircraft, making it easier to understand the impact of an operational rule. It also shows which rules were not applied, allowing users to identify possible mistakes in the rule conditions.
- Runway Capacity Analyzer | It’s now possible to generate default Aircraft Type Approach Profiles without having predefined traffic in the project, benefiting analyses that use generated traffic mixes.
- TMA/TRACON | A new feature provides more flexibility to pause a simulation based on Runway Arrival Sequence events, and debug your model.
Improved features
- TMA/TRACON | You can now use vectoring areas to adjust the descent profile for a steep approach, preventing aircraft from descending faster than the Aircraft Type performance limitations.
- All Modules | It’s no longer necessary to apply randomization manually as it will be automatically assigned when running multiple simulations in sequence.
- The height between levels in the 3D view can be expanded so that users can see each level layout clearly
- Ignore Global Filter in dataset selection has been added so that users do not need to go back and forth to activate/deactivate the Terminal Filter
- Direction Path has been enhanced to reproduce a more realistic behavior.
- In Terminal Processor Schedule Rule, the Airport Usage Phase option has been added, simplifying the setup of the rule
- In Waiting Area Duration tab, Flight Plan column has been added, simplifying the durations set up
- Gates can be set to open before the departure flight is at the parking position
- When running Terminal only, aircraft that have two consecutive arrivals to the same airport or two consecutive departures from the same airport will be allowed

Während User Subscription Licenses (USL) besser für dedizierte Nutzer geeignet sind, können Team Subscription Licenses eine gute Ergänzung dazu sein, wenn Ihr Unternehmen gelegentliche, weniger intensive Nutzer der Software hat.
Wie es funktioniert
Jeder Benutzer einer Team Subscription Lizenz muss ein Konto im My Transoft Portal haben, um eine Lizenz anzufordern. Für diesen Vorgang ist ein Internetzugang erforderlich.
Wenn ein Endbenutzer das Softwareprodukt auf seiner Workstation startet, stellt die Software eine Verbindung zum My Transoft Portal her und ermittelt, ob ein Platz verfügbar ist. Ist dies der Fall, wird dem Endbenutzer für einen Zeitraum von 24 Stunden ein Platz zugewiesen, auf den er dann uneingeschränkt zugreifen kann. Nach Ablauf der 24 Stunden verfällt der zugewiesene Platz automatisch und ein anderer Nutzer kann ihn beanspruchen.
Sobald alle Team Subscription License Seats zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zugewiesen sind, kann kein anderer Endnutzer diese Lizenz nutzen, bis der 24-Stunden-Zeitraum abgelaufen ist und einer der Seats automatisch freigegeben wird.

Network License
A Network license allows everyone within an office location to access the software from the company server with one person concurrently using at a time. Network licenses are not tied to a particular workstation or user. Multiple Network license seats can be purchased, and a license server keeps track of how many licenses are in use at one time. When Transoft’s software on a Network license starts, it first checks to see if a Network license is available to use. If so, a license is then checked out from the pool of licenses. When a user exits the application, the license gets checked back into the pool making it available to other users.
