September 30th was National Day for Truth & Reconciliation in Canada.
We would like to acknowledge that Transoft’s British Columbia headquarters is located in the traditional and unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Transoft is committed to taking the necessary steps towards truth and reconciliation, and would like to share our team’s recent experience with Talaysay Tours in Vancouver’s Stanley Park, where we learnt about the shíshálh (Sechelt) Coast Salish & Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) People’s ecological practices, history, stories, legends and Indigenous ways of living.
